Olga Kats-Chalfant

Olga is a mom of three kiddos, a fitness and nutrition enthusiast, and an aunt of a wonderful autistic man. She is also a healthcare attorney and insurance professional. Olga brings her legal and healthcare industry acumen, her knowledge of nutrition and fitness, and her personal experience advocating for a child (now adult) with autism to her work as a Secretary of the Board for MKS.  She hopes to make a big difference for MKS’ Board, our clients, and partners.

Olga obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Cornell University and her law degree from American University Washington College of Law. She started her law career as a law clerk for the Hon. James A. Farber, J.S.C (retired) in Sussex County, NJ.  After practicing family law for several years, Olga switched her focus to healthcare law and has concentrated her work on representing healthcare professionals both in private practice and inside professional liability insurance companies for the last 11 years.
